We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our operational staff who prepare for your arrival.

Full refund of the booking amount.

Within 48 Hours

Partial Refund

1-night charge applies as penalty.

No Show / Same Day

0% Refund

Total booking amount is non-refundable.

01. Cancellation Process

To cancel a reservation, guests can use our Self-Service Portal or contact our reservations desk at +91-XXXXXXXXXX. The timestamp of the cancellation request (Online or via Phone) will determine the refund eligibility.

02. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the amount is initiated immediately from our end. However, the time taken for the credit to reflect in your account depends on your payment method:

  • UPI & Digital Wallets 24 - 48 Hours
  • Credit / Debit Cards 5 - 7 Business Days
  • Net Banking 3 - 5 Business Days

03. Early Departure

In case a guest decides to check out earlier than the confirmed departure date, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Refunds for the remaining nights are subject to management approval and may incur a processing fee equivalent to one night's stay.

04. Non-Refundable Rates

Certain promotional rates or seasonal "Blackout Date" bookings are explicitly marked as Non-Refundable at the time of booking. For these specific reservations, no refunds or date changes will be permitted regardless of the cancellation timing.

05. Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government lockdowns, or other unforeseen "Acts of God," Hotel Divine reserves the right to issue Credit Vouchers for future stays in lieu of cash refunds, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
