01. Reservation Policy
- All guests must be at least 18 years of age to book a room.
- A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID) is mandatory for all guests during check-in.
- Primary guest must provide a valid credit/debit card or digital payment confirmation at the time of booking.
02. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 12:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per hotel policy.
03. Cancellation & Refund
Our standard cancellation policy is designed to balance the needs of our guests with our operational requirements:

Free Cancellation: Permitted up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will result in a 1-night room charge.

No Show: In case of a no-show, the total cost of the reservation will be non-refundable.
04. Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectable manner. Hotel Divine reserves the right to evict any guest without a refund in cases of illegal activities, harassment of staff, or significant property damage.
05. Privacy & Data
Your data security is paramount. We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions. Personal data collected during booking is used solely for service fulfillment and will not be sold to third parties.
